2 thin slices of angel food cake
1 T softened cream cheese
1 t your choice of jam
Spread the cream cheese and the jam on the inside of the slices. Spread butter on the outside of the ‘cake sandwich’ and toast in a skillet until lightly browned on both sides. I used a fruit flavored cream cheese and microwaved it briefly to soften it enough to spread.
