4 T butter or olive oil
1 t dill weed
½ t onion powder
½ t garlic powder
½ t salt
¼ t white pepper
2 pounds of sole fillets or other fish of your choice
Mix the herbs and seasonings with the oil or melted butter in a skillet. Heat to medium, add fish cook on each side until it flakes easily. This should serve 6.
