Peach Skillet Cake

 4 T butter

¼ C sugar

1 egg

 1 C flour

¾ t baking powder

½ t salt

¼ C milk

 

Sliced peaches to cover the top

 Topping:

½ C sugar

½ t cinnamon

¼ C butter

 

Cream together the butter and sugar.  Add egg and mix until smooth.  Add half of the dry, all of the milk, and the rest of the dry.  Spread in greased skillet.  Top with peaches, bake at 350 for 25 min.  Pour the topping on, return to bake for 15 minutes more.
