4 C fresh broccoli florets
2 C fresh cauliflowerets
3 shallots, minced (or ¼ C minced onions)
½ C chicken or vegetable broth
1 t basil
½ t seasoned salt
1/8 t pepper
Combine the broth and seasonings in a large skillet, add the vegetables, cover and cook for 6-8 minutes or until crisp tender.
