Bubbly Hot Cheesy Bread

French bread sliced into serving pieces

Spread with:
½ C diced green onion
½ C mayonnaise
½ C grated Parmesan cheese

Broil or toast the slices until bubbly and lightly browned. 
Should make enough to serve 15.  Topping keeps in the refrigerator for at least a week.
