Soft Ginger Cookies

1 C sugar
¾ C canola oil
1 egg
3 T molasses

2 C flour (maybe a bit less)
1 t baking soda
1 ½ t ginger
½ t cinnamon
½ t salt
½ t cloves

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.

Drizzle if you’d like with 1 C powdered sugar + 1 T water + 1 t lemon juice.
