Aunt Jane’s Golden Ham Pie

Golden Ham Pie
3 T chopped onion
1/4 C chopped green pepper         1/4 C canola oil Sauté until tender

6 T flour                       Stir in
2 C milk                                   Add gradually and bring to a boil
1 can cream of chicken soup         Remove from heat and add
~2 C chopped ham
Stir in until you’ve either used up the leftovers or you have enough to feed your crowd.
~3 C chopped cooked potatoes                     
~1 C shredded cheddar                      Place in greased pan

On top of casserole, place raw biscuits of any kind.  Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until biscuits are done and it’s heated all the way through.  Serves 10-15
