Peppery Bourbon Molasses Glazed Pork Chops

 Bourbon Pork Chops

6 thin pork chops


2 t canola oil
1 T coarsely ground pepper
2 T molasses
2 T spicy brown mustard
2 T bourbon
1 t worchestershire

Marinade the pork chops in the mixture for a few hours.  Flash sear in a hot skillet until done.
