Sweet Potato Crescent Rolls

1 ½ C warm water
1 T yeast
1/3 C brown sugar
1 t salt
½ C oil
2 eggs
9 oz cooked sweet potatoes
3 C whole wheat flour
3 C white bread flour
Dough may be refrigerated overnight.
;Divide into quarters.
Roll each out and cut with pizza cutter into 8 sections.
Spray, cover, let rise.
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
