A former staff member of ours alerted us  to a working cattle ranch over toward Walden, CO, about a 1 hour drive from Latigo, that has a sizable herd of registered Morgan horses. They are willing to sell some to us. So, yesterday we bought 11 horses to replenish our herd. Six of us went over: Jim, Randy and 4 of the wranglers. We rode all of the horses and thought they will be sound additions to our program. Surrounded by high mountain ranch splendor, we got to put them through their paces and enjoy the beauty as well as meet some great new folks.
