Baked Dill Halibut > Latigo Ranch

Baked Dill Halibut

June 21, 2008

1/3 C flour
½ t salt
1/8 t pepper
Fish to serve 4 
Combine, shake fish pieces until thoroughly coated
place on sprayed, lined baking sheet

¼ C low fat sour cream
¼ C low fat mayonnaise
1 T pickle relish
1 T chopped green onion
1 t fresh dill or ½ t dry
½ t lemon juice
1/8 t seasoned salt
Mix well, spread over fish pieces

3 T Parmesan
Sprinkle over each piece.
Bake at 350 for 30 minor until done.

Comment:  I found this recipe in Light and Tasty last winter, and we’ve enjoyed it on all types of firm, white fish.
