The Holiday season means different things to each who participates in the festivities. For some, it means good, home cooked food and extravagant indulgence in cookies. Others are looking forward to the lights and decorations. Many gather their families around to love everyone individually and altogether - somehow simultaneously. Dreams of snow and presents, lights and pine boughs dance together in a winter wonderland. We do it all here at the Ranch, and Christmas with Latigo is always unforgettable.
In the earlier part of December, we offer holiday parties to anyone interested in booking the ranch for a night in December: Hannah and Amanda strap on their black aprons for superior waitressing services while Spencer gets busy with sumptuous delicacies that make our mouths water. It’s festive, it’s decadent, and it’s full of holiday spirit.
When Christmas-proper rolls around, our Christmas guests roll in. We have a few who make a point of coming as a tradition, and it’s always a joy to greet them and marvel at how the years are tumbling along.
While we do take extra care with some dining room decorations, the thing about Latigo is that we always treat our guests with the love and charity associated with the Christmas spirit. We don’t change during the other eleven months of the year; we just have different trimmings on the mantle.
The cocoa is hot, the snow is coming down, and the fire is crackling in the wood stove. Come one, come all, and enjoy the hospitality you know and love - because Christmas at Latigo is really just like coming home for the holidays.
